This Privacy Policy explains how Quyash ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use quyash.ai (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
Account information When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (encrypted). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
Product content We collect product photos you upload and product information you enter (product name, category, features, colors, etc.) to generate listing visuals.
Generated content We store the AI-generated images produced by the Service on your behalf.
Usage data We collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, templates selected, and actions taken.
Payment information Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your credit card number or payment details. We receive a transaction confirmation and the amount charged.
Device and technical data We collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs for security and analytics purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Generate AI product visuals based on your inputs
- Process payments and manage your credit balance
- Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, account notifications)
- Analyze usage to improve the Service
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. AI Image Generation
When you use Quyash, your product photos and product information are sent to Custom AI API (our AI infrastructure provider) to generate images using OpenAI's GPT Image 2 model. By using the Service, you consent to this processing.
Your uploaded photos and generated images are stored in our secure cloud storage (Supabase) and are accessible only to you.
4. Data Sharing
We share your data only with the following third parties, and only as necessary to provide the Service:

All third parties are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
5. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained for the duration of your account. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion upon request.
- Uploaded product photos: Retained for 90 days after upload, then automatically deleted.
- Generated images: Retained for 12 months. You may delete them at any time from your account.
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by law.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection: Object to certain types of processing.

7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We also use analytics cookies (via Amplitude) to understand how the Service is used. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect Service functionality.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
